Who Is Eligible for OHIP-Covered Eye Exams?
You may qualify for an OHIP-covered eye exam if you are:
- Children & youth (19 years and under)
- Seniors (65 years and older)
- Adults (20–64 years) with medically necessary eye conditions, including:
Diabetes
Glaucoma
Cataracts
Retinal disease
Other OHIP-approved eye conditions.
A valid OHIP card is required at the time of your appointment.
